We offer online lab test ordering to both current and prospective patients. It’s a simple, secure way to have your test kits mailed directly to your home, with results available in just a few weeks.
Please note: To ensure you get the right guidance, we require a consultation with one of the doctor before releasing your test results.
How It Works:
Step 1 – Order Your Lab Kit Online
- Visit our Well Proz store to browse and select your test. Click on Order Labs Now at the top of this page.
- Your kit will be shipped directly to you.
- Payment is flexible—we accept HSA/FSA cards, and for orders over $400, interest-free payment plans are available.
Step 2 – Complete and Return the Kit
- For urine or stool tests, follow the instructions to collect samples at home.
- For blood tests, schedule a draw at our center.
Step 3 – Schedule Your Appointment
- Once your results are ready, we’ll contact you to schedule a consultation (in-person or via telemedicine).
- During your appointment, the doctor will review your results, gather insights into your health, and provide a personalized treatment plan.
Please Note: The cost of the kit does not include fees for the blood draw or the follow-up doctor consultation. If you are are not an established patient you must first schedule an Initial Consultation before ordering labs.
