This class discusses the wealth of information available on a typical nutrition label.  You will learn about the hidden information in nutrition labels, how nutrition labels can be confusing or even deceiving, and how to use nutrition information to make sensible food and vitamin choices.  You will also get a chance to practice what you learned on some real nutrition labels. Bring your vitamins, supplements and herbs to class.
