Raw milk from Nubian dairy goats. Naturally-raised alfalfa hay fed during winter months and as a supplement to the goats' browsing and grazing during the months they are in milk. For summer and fall 2010, goats will be grazed on newly-established Sucraseed Great Gains pasture (with high levels of water-soluble carbohydrates from perennial ryegrass, timothy and ladino clover.) Goats have regular access to free-choice minerals. Goats will also be given access to diverse browse in our extensive windbreak on the property. Raw milk available May through October 2010.
